Overview

Self-adjusting, self-calibrating, and fully-loaded. The enhanced LCN Senior Swing is engineered to save time, minimize headaches, and improve performance. 

Powered by LCN’s AdaptivIQTM technology, this operator automatically adjusts to external pressures like wind, carpet drag, and HVAC stack pressure, allowing smooth, consistent operation. Coupled with a Smart Power Boost, AdaptivIQ provides optimized latching for security and safety. 

Installation is simple with hook-and-cleat hardware, allowing hands-free holding of both the motor gearbox and control box during setup. The new control box is fully loaded, offering 23 adjustable features, a user-friendly LCD screen, a self-calibration cycle, and real-time diagnostics.

AdaptivIQTM

  • This built-in technology allows our operator to automatically adjust to external pressures and resistance during both opening and closing cycles. Through a combination of dynamic braking, responsive motor control, and Smart Power Boost technology, our operator compensates for wind, carpet drag, and HVAC stack pressure, allowing the door to latch securely and minimize the risk of slamming.

 

Fully-Loaded Controller

  • With 23 total programmable settings all accessible through a user-friendly LCD screen, a self-calibration cycle that establishes default settings based on the physical aspects of the door and the opening area, and real-time error code and diagnostic information, this loaded control box provides users with complete control of our automatic operator.

 

Single-Person Mechanical Installation

  • Our motor gearbox and controller are each mounted using a hook-and-cleat design, allowing them to simply hook onto the backplate to provide a hand-free holding option while each component is secured.

 

Smart Power Boost

  • A rare combination of brains and brawn, our Smart Power Boost can both add and control additional force on the closing cycle, only applying the force necessary to secure the door. It can both engage and disengage based on each individual closing cycle, minimizing the risk of slamming in low pressure scenarios, while still reliably latching in high pressure ones.  
  • ADA compliant, ANSI/BHMA 156.19 certified, UL 325, 228, 10C, CA listed, Buy America Act compliant
  • Capability to operate and control doors of up to 600lbs

  • On-board power supply (24VDC output) to power actuators, card readers, and safety circuits
